900G now PBA approved
« on: September 02, 2008, 02:31:44 AM »
so now that they are okay for tv shows,  are they gonna go after somebody  as a staffer?

I personally wouldn't mind seeing Mike Scroggins throwing a break.

Or maybe even danny wiseman?   he seems to be liked well enough. and his personality would def draw attention to the balls.

what is everybody elses opinion?

Tony Reyes? (Would have to switch from Hammer ...)
Patrick Allen is currently unsponsored (by a ball mfgr), I believe.
Dave D'Entremont (won the Tour Trials) is also unsponsored.
Ken Simard?
Mike Scroggins would also be a good choice, as he made numerous shows last year.

Remember back to when Double D was dominating mid 90s, he was winning with the original Critical Mass, Code Red, NRg, etc Track stuff.......since Phil was the head of Track then, maybe Double D would be a good fit?

As far as I know you have Joe Ciccone who uses 3G shoes and I don't think he has a ball contract.  I personally would love to see Mike Devaney using Global,  Chris Loschetter is also using 3G shoes and would be a good choice.

wow, some things must have really changed. I spoke to Eric about the PBA several months ago and they had no plans to pay the high prices PBA registration fees..

In this months issue of BTM under the fall ball line-up, they talk to Danny Speranza from 900G. From the article: "900 Global's exempt bowler on the PBA tour is Michael Haugen.  Adds Danny, We only need one."
