break point pearl
« on: December 25, 2009, 09:34:06 AM »
I got one for Christmas and let me say the ball is good.  This is my first global and will not be my last.  I drilled it pin over ring with the mass just right of the thumb.  Only rolled it a couple of games on a toasted house shot but could tell the roll was nice.  I will post a full review once I have it for awhile.  Thanks global.

are you seeing a earlier midlane read than your other stuff, but still continuation through the back part of the lane?

Thanks for the compliment ZZ.  I compared it to my hyroad pin down between fingers cg kicked right and my furious pin under ring cg kicked right.  It picks up a little sooner then my hyroad but finished alot harder.  My furious was alot stronger up front but the break point pearl could make it up on the backend if I added some tilt.  When Sickles put the mass almost in the thumb I was worried the ball would not roll strong on the back but boy was I wrong.  If would have done that I would not be able to roll the ball at all cause it would be to strong.  This will definitely not be my last global ball they rock.

I have one punched pin over bridge and it is amazing, great length with a controlable read yet a strong move to the pins. Great hit and carry also.

Global makes awesome equipment. You will be hooked after you throw some more pieces. I can't believe I haven't picked up the BPP yet.

I throw Lanemasters/Legends 80% of the time these days, but will always have some 900/AMF in there.
