Dirty Look
« on: December 28, 2012, 03:16:31 PM »
I am really looking into this ball for my arsenal.

What would you consider this ball.

Weak core, strong cover

Medium core, weak cover

Strong core, strong cover

You get my question, so what is it.

Thanks for your input.

On edit: I am trying not to make the same mistake I did with the Frantic, already sold that ball. Did not match up with it at all.

Sevenpin, S73 is a strong cover. To compare, my Bank that I used most of the summer is S73. The pearl is going to make the cover read a little less, but you saw how strong it was. I could handle most of the patterns with it.

Now, the RG is higher on the DL, so it's going to get down the lane a little easier and save energy, but it will turn the corner a bit harder when it does encounter friction.

Good, this is what I was looking for, that back end pop.

If you're looking for it, the Dirty Look is the popping backend ball in 900's line.

I would have to imagine they are a little similar. I would think the bull whip would be more continuous and the dirty look would be more angular....

hey,
what is the actual surface of the dirty look? i know it is s73 pearl, but i normally throw storm/roto grip balls and they are 1500 polished or what ever.  what grit would the s73 be?  i need help cause i'm ordering the ball monday, it's either this or a rotogrip.  thanks
