Nuts Solid
« on: March 09, 2015, 10:21:12 PM »
I picked up a nuts solid a few days ago.  I thought the black eagle gave tons of length and backend....expect this will even more so.  I'm in the middle of changing a few thing and was looking for a solid with more length for medium conditions.

I polished the box finish with snake oil.  The ball has good length and nice recovery.  I think the black eagle was a little sharper backend for me, but the Nuts is close.

I threw this ball for games 1 and 2 of league this past week.  Missed a couple easy spares, but shot 520...  oddly enough, by 3rd game I seemed to have moved far enough inside that the ball just didn't want to carry.  Pulled out my Train and went sheet (unfortunately waiting a few too many frames).
Nuts seemed to roll really well on my fresh house shot.

Nuts was OK for me, But still keep a Original Look in my bag - Had a 843 with it last year, and did not purchase a 900 Global until a few weeks ago, now have a Respect, which has already paid for itself. Did not have much luck with the Nuts Pearl though.

I loved my Nuts Pearl, and didn't like either of the Looks
