s75 Cover
« on: November 15, 2010, 12:04:59 AM »
900 Global needs to bring back the s75 cover on something. That cover for me was stronger than any other cover in the 900 Global line-up. At 2000 no polish it was earlier than even my Bounty Hunter. At OOB surface it retained energy and just flat out hooked. And it lasted for a very long time. My s75 has over 200 games and still hooks a lot. Not as much as when it was brand new but still hooks a lot. I just think they should throw this cover on one of the newer cores and see how it does!!

Im sure you can get a private label ball with that cover and any core you want you just need to order 500 of them!

have you looked at the Shred-it yet? granted not the same ball, but F-73 hybrid cover with a core having similar numbers at a cost saving compared to a S-75. I definitly plan on getting one !!!

Don't forget that S75 had the Soaker additive in the cover as well...reason #128 that a derivative of that cover or the additive should be used a LOT more.

Yeah I think the "soaker" additive is what did it. Cause even the Bank at S73 or the Bounty Hunter at S79 aren't as strong of as the Break s75 in my opinion. And if I am correct the S75 was a hybrid cover. Would be crazy to see what that cover on the Bank core would do.

As popular as is has become since it being disco'ed I'd vote for a re-make a small run of 250-300 balls similar to the Break Out to test the waters for a come back. Hell-o Eric and Nick are you getting this????

Thanks brunswick for moving bowling ball manufacturing to Mexico.

Now using 900 Global & AMF equipment, scoring higher than when I was using brunswick plus it's manufactured in America by Americans.

would be a pleasant surprise if they would bring it back, even a small run of a couple hundred just to test the waters.

S75 is still my strongest ball.  Of course I hate that i got it in a 14lb and that the fingers are cracking to hell.  Plus got it drilled with pin down...prefer pin up.  Oh well!  Still would be interested if they brought that coverstock back on something!

I've just gone down from 16lb to 15lb and am looking desperately for a 15lb S75.  Haven't been able to find one in Australia unfortunately, so I am hoping for a remake a la the Break Out.

Pretty please Phil? Eric? Someone? Anyone???????
