what if you polish up a black eagle would you see the same reaction or dose the pearl add traction?

Pearl will push more than the solid, but at the same surface, I don't think you would see more than 2 or 3 boards different.

polished up my black eagle and I must say I like this ball much better. not nearly as strong as my bank but very smooth and carries a bunch! it was nice playing mostly the same line all night but was a little allergic to backend oil.
I think Ill be trying the pearl version if it just as smooth.

I threw a polished eagle for the majority of last season.  The ball really rolled well for me.  Easy length and lots on the backend.
