sorry
« on: September 13, 2008, 10:43:03 AM »
pushed wrong button, was not done yet.

Where was I?
ball speed about 17mph
ave to maybe above ave revs
45 to 50 deg ave rotation

want to get a couple of bowling balls for med heavy to med light conditions. Was thinking Creature for med heavy(maybe drilled rico)or the Break Pearl. For the med light I was thinking the Creature Pearl, drilled for length and good back end. Have the heavy and dry conditions covered.Like I said before, never seen 900G stuff thrown before, so any input would be welcome.

Sorry for the double post, someday will learn how to use a computer right.

Given that you have the extremes covered, I would recommend a Break Pearl and a Creature or Creature Pearl (Creature is smoother, Creature Pearl is snappy on the backend). I have all three, and they are all drilled the same (rico). There is a nice separation (in overall strength) between each one. 900G has made it super easy to build an arsenal to cover all of the bases. I could not be happier with their equipment.

The Break Pearl would be an excellent choice for the med to med heavy condition.  I'm very impressed by the overall hook for a Pearl cover.  Most definitely the strongest pearl ball I've ever rolled.  Mine is drilled 4" Pin up stacked, MB 4.5" and it just plain hooks.

I cannot recommend a med dry ball in the 900G line...I'm looking myself.  I'm leaning towards the Creature Pearl or possibly the Awakening.
