What current ball compares to a DT Element?
« on: April 10, 2009, 10:50:44 AM »
Does anyone have an idea which ball would most compare to a Dynothane Element?  I LOVE mine, and I let my 15 yr old bowl with it a few series and it seems to work very well for him as well.  Neither of us had bowled very often over the last 2 years, but we've both started bowling again.  As he has outgrown his 14 lb ball, I'd like to get him the closest thing on the market today.  Posting in the 900 Global section as I assume I'd get the most informed opinions here, and there is a good chance it would come from the 900 Global line.

Unfortunately I'm not up on the Technical specs to know how to look at two balls and compare.  Thanks!

Thanks!

Well the only thing that would be close is the Break S75. If you wanted a closer reaction, I believe it would be the AMF Triumph TNT and put a rubbing compound on it - 900 Global manufactures all the AMF performance bowling balls.
