The 900Global Continuum bowling ball is a high performance ball that produces the strongest heavy oil backend reaction for 900Global to date. This ball introduces the S82RX Hybrid Coverstock which offers good entry angle with a late mid-lane ball reaction. This coverstock doesn't use additives to produce a cleaner reaction through the heads as well as an angular backend. The Ellipticon Asymmetric core is also introduced to the industry through this ball. This core offers a flare potential of 5-6" or more and has one of the highest intermediate differentials available. This coverstock and core combination gives 900Global their most powerful heavy oil backend motion to date.

COMMENTS

Strong and Powerful

The Continuum is overall the strongest ball produced by 900 Global.  The ball has the all new S82RX Hybrid coverstock and the all new Ellipticon core.  You can see this ball giving everything it has in the midlane and then when getting to the backend it just continues to go left for righties. It never seems to overreact due to the midlane roll but never stops its continuation through the pins.  I drilled mine extremely strong as well to get better midlane roll on those longer patterns.  Was very surprised I could even use it on the house shot (albeit deep inside) but still able to get it to make the turn with little effort even using the out of box 2000 grit.  I was able to keep it tight in the oil and again it just carried without issue.  This ball is stronger in every phase of the lane compared to the original Inception DCT.  This ball is a MUST in anyone’s bag looking for something strong smooth and continuous on sport or house patterns.

The Continuum 900 Global
No need to worry about a heavy oil ball that burns up energy before hitting
the pins. The Continuum’s hybrid cover gets the ball down lane saving power
for a big angular back end motion. This great for slow speed bowlers and strokers.
Tweener’s and cranker’s can open it up knowing it will get back. Heavy oil problem solved, get one for your game.

Review
The Tour Engineered 900 Series Continuum is a great addition to my tournament bag. This is now the strongest ball in my bag. The new 82RX Hybrid cover stock allows the ball to stand up extremely well in the mid lane. The Ellipticon Asymmetric Core gives a very strong reaction on the backend and is very continuous throw pins. My ball layout is 55x5 1/8x60. For a low to mid rev player this ball gives me a multiple lines to the pocket on medium to heavy oil patterns. This ball was tested on the PBA Earl Anthony Pattern 42 Feet. This is a great ball to have in your bag, get one today

Likes: The S82R Hybrid coverstock has been designed for the Continuum for medium/heavy oil conditions. I used a pin down with a dual angle layout of 55 x 4 3/8 x 60 and a 1" hole in the P4 position. On the USBC White #2 challenge pattern, the Continuum was clean through the front,smooth through the midlane and had a strong, arcing move off the break point. Movement through the pins was strong. The 2000 abralon finish is easily adjusted to better match up the surface with the oil condition.

Incredibly strong ball with a very heavy roll. Great for medium to medium heavy oil patterns, but once the oil dries up, this ball should likely go back in the bag. Was able to throw this ball playing pretty far in on a THS, but if the ball leaked to the right and hit the dry early, it was left and left in a hurry. However, for such a big core, the ball does a great job storing/maintaining energy for increased carry percentage.

Surface: Brunswick Pro Anvilane

Review: The Continuum is a MONSTER of a ball. Rolls very early, and needs a good amount of volume to truly shine. When there is enough volume for it, the ball can’t be stopped. For a ball that hooks this much throughout the lane, it’s very angular down lane. You’ll have a distinct advantage on heavy oil with this ball. It goes through the pins on higher volumes unlike anything else I’ve ever seen.

Likes: I haven’t seen enough oil out anywhere to stop this ball. It’s a true oiler.
