Titan S.E.-Coverstock Grit?

Anyone know what the OOB coverstock grit is? Just got a new one and wanted to adjust it .

I don't know for sure, but these days many Columbia-made polished balls are 600 sand plus 2000 grit Degree polish.

Mike .. I think on a week-day you will get an answer from AMF on this .. if you need an answer immediately .. I'd try CHARLEST (I see you dealt with him before) .. if there's an answer to a question .. he will have it!

For those who are interested I did get in touch with Eric Thomas via the AMF website. He said the Venom and Titan S.E. both come off the line with the same finish.Sanded to 800 grit then hit with 2000 degree polish. The Terminal Velocity and Radar Alert have the one seven plus cover at 1000 grit non-polish finish.

Not that it matters that much, but it is 1200 grit on the Alert.
