update on radar and sjp
« on: November 17, 2006, 06:23:40 AM »
i received my radar and sjp today from ups.  I will bring them with me tomorrow when i go to morning jr league.  I'm going to take the advice from an earlier thread i posted to go with the 4.5-5 pin drill and have the cg at 45 degrees on the radar.  and the high 4 pin drill with the sjp.  Hopefully one of them will be drilled tomorrow during league so i can test one of them out.  I hope they fill the slots i wanted.  I will update once i get to throw both of them.

i threw my radar today in travel league for 690 out of the box.  It was punched up similar to bar5003's but i have the cg kicked out to the right a tad.

well the house that I threw it at put out a med-med heavy house shot, on this shot the ball seemed to skid about 40-45 feet then forward roll into the pocket which isn't the reaction i was hoping for but the way it rolls with this drill for me is very readable and will work just as good as my old control ball.

btw bar will their be a venom or titan s.e. video in the future very interested in seeing both of them roll.
