What is the most aggressive heel 3G makes? Is it the ripple heel that comes with the tour ultras?

Yes, this heel provides the least slide possible. When you combine the rippled heel with the #6 backskin leather sole you will have the least possible slide you can get out of a pair of Tour Ultra's.
