3g heels?
« on: March 08, 2010, 02:23:21 PM »
I just got my tour ultras in, & they came with the brown (backskin?) heel, the flat normal heel & the rippled heel.

I normally use a discontiued heel with dexters & its their old grooved heel.  Is the 3g grooved heel similar to the old dexter one?  Also, is there enough difference between the grooved heel & either the flat normal or rippled to justify spending the $15??

shawn,

cut the center tab off the heal on your shoes and use any heal you want .

Thats another thing i was wondering, do i want to cut that center tab off, & void the warranty?  Or do i want to cut a hole in the heel i would use?  Its only 1 heel, at most i would need to do 1 once every couple years if & when i needed it.

decisions decisions.
