ABS tour ultras 3002

I just bought a new pair of ABS tour ultras at my proshop for 80 dollars to replace my old ebonite shoes, now i havent had the chance to use them yet, and i think the instructions are missing, could someone tell me whats what? i never had shoes with interchangeable soles and heels and i have no idea which ones grip and which ones grip, thx
