Dynothane warehouse?
« on: August 25, 2005, 02:38:32 PM »
Ok so I told my proshop guy about a month ago that I wanted some ABS Tour Ultra shoes.  He told me a general price he could get them for me, and then he started calling around.  Turns out that Dynothane is moving their entire warehouse to like mexico or something and nobody can get anything from them until they moved.  I had heard they would be moved by around the beginning of august.  Well league season is comming up and I'm still without shoes (having to wear my POS Dexter sst6s ) my proshop guy is getting worried and is saying he isn't sure when they are going to get here.  He knows I need them.  He called me today and told me that Dynothane is STILL moving their warehouse and that "nobody" can get the shoes right now.  All this is according to his distributor that he is going through.  I was wondering if anyone happens to know if the Warehouse is already moved, or if it isn't then does anybody have any idea on when it might be moved.  I can't wear these Dexters too much longer (velcro is screwed up and Customer service people talk to me like I'm a moron lol).  any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks

Jeremy

We have done a few things this year in order to meet the demand for our shoes. First we changed to a larger manufacturing plant. This took about 3 months longer than it was supposed to. Next, we moved our warehouse from Houston to Chicago. Its much faster to get shoes in and out of customs in Chicago. Anyway, thanks for hanging on and I am happy to say that our shoes are shipping to Distributors this week, so hopefully they will all be fully stocked by Friday, September 2.

Billy,

Is it true that the company has moved its main headquarters to Mexico? I bought my shoes from you at last years Mini. If all companies move to Mexico to save on labor, the USA is in DEEP SH-T in the not to distant future.

Just my opinion.

Actually i haven't told the staff yet but we not only are moving to Mexico but we also have purchased Brunswick so we can have office space there at a resonable price.
