hello peoples
I use dexter sst6 lx (11m)shoes.. the original heel which I think is a blue horseshoe #5 is pretty much spent, Iam wondering if anyone knows where I can get 1-2 of these heels?? if Iam incorrect on the heel type can you please let me know which one it is?? if anyone has a new pair to sell I might be interested in that too if the price$$ is right.. thankss slashrr69

I presume you have an issue with the new #5 Tri-dex?

I recently had a problem with the Tri-dex that came with my SST 5 LX shoes, but all I had to do was make sure the red portion was below the middle white segment.

I bought a pair of SST6 LX over three years ago and the original #5 didn't go more than 7-8 months before it started grabbing too much. The first Tri-dex I bought was just like the original #5 was from the start.

It still works like I expect it to, it's just a lot wider than what I need on the SST 5. I might cut it down for a later date.

I have tried the replacement sole for the #5 blue horseshoe, which is supposed to be the #5 plain white heel/square front.. I can't use it because I catch on the center part where the horseshoe shape used to be.. I might have to take a grinder and remove some of the center heel out and try it again.. the #5 tri dex(the one w/green on it) are too tacky also.. had a br/member("solid9") email me saying he has some but he has not responded to my last email I sent him.. so Iam not sure if he has them or not..lol.. still looking I guess.. any info would be greatly appreciated if someone knows where to get a couple heels.. thankss slashrr69

Should really give the tri-dex another try . It take say 3-5 times of sliding on it to brake it in . Once broken in the heel is great .Give u everything the blue horseshoe #5 give u and then some . I always went threw 1 h5 every 5 months and now im going on 2nd season with same tri-dex
