new glove?

I saw a strange looking glove being used at league yesterday. Guy said it was a grips glove. I have been searching for info, found a little here but not much. Anyone used this thing or know if its worth trying? Guy using it seemed to like it.

Saw this glove getting used last night at league.  Pro shop knew nothing of it.  I spoke to the bowler who was using it and he said he got it at Dunhams Sporting Goods. It looked weird, grips on the finger tips attached to the glove

Many of us tried it. I think the consensus was about 9 out of 10 found it less than useful.

I found the company, and emailed them for info.  More out of curiosity.  I know our Dunhams doesn't carry it bc they don't carry anything bowling related

I tried it and it wasn't too bad but I didn't want to change all of my finger holes to fit the glove.. You will increase you rev rate is the only thing that I noticed. I have 2 rh XL for sale so if interested LMK

Somebody emailed me and asked that I post more about this glove.  Why ask me?  I received some info from the company that makes it because I emailed them.  But why would somebody here email me and tell me to post about it?

There were a number of trolls that came onto this site and used this glove as a means of disruption.  Nothing wrong with the glove itself, just the trolling that came using the glove as a means.  I would wonder more about why someone would want you to post about the glove here especially if that person knows what went on here previously.  Could be to get you put onto the hot seat.

"Hmmm" is exactly what it is... It's what one does when pondering a topic, choosing words carefully before replying, as to not offend 1 side or the other of a "hot topic"... Especially since I was & still am neutral on it.  And this "Glove" was a hot topic on here for a period of time that filled the forums. There were many heated exchanges from both sides.  As MItoAZ has stated as well.

I probably used the glove more than anybody who posts on this site....I used it for the better part of the 2010-2011 season......you can look back at the old postings for specifics, but in a nutshell what I didn't like about the glove overrode what I did like about it.
