I have been using sizes 4 1/2 and 6 but now i have to go up half a size.Now i know size 4 1/2 is 45/64 and 6 is 3/4 but i don't know what size 5 is or a 6 1/2 is.Can anyone tell me the size numbers for 5 and 6 1/2 so i can order the right sizes.

5 = 23/32

6.5 = 49/64
