Barbasol PBA Tournament of Champions
« on: March 27, 2013, 09:09:07 PM »
I just came from the first night of the Barbasol PBA Tournament of Champions in Indy.  The lanes were so dry that everybody was lofting their balls over the gutter cap to about the 8 board to in order hit the pocket.   Sounds like the lanes started out with not much oil to begin with and what there was gone soon.  It was both interesting and sometimes painful to watch the pros try to find a line to the pocket.

It happens more than you think out there.  Anybody with any rev rate are playing 6th arrow at some point.  It is painful to watch.  But this proves why they are the best.  They can play up 1-2-3 just as good as playing 30 and lofting 5+ feet of gutter.
