224-168-179 = 571

This marked the debut of my Absolute Inferno.  Except for the few warmups in league, I didn't get to practice with it at all.  Can't blame the ball for the last two games.  My armswing tightened up (as it usually does after the first game in this league), and I didn't make the proper adjustments to the changing condition.

Lane 1 was setting the 9 pin two inches to the right and lane 2 was setting the four pin right next to the five. Made for nice carry.

I am in the midst of a "post coaching slump" and have not been able to just practice.  My Monday league was bought out for a fundraising event so I got to practice.

Sunday Non BFDT prior to practice 126-135-160=421

Non BFDT 148-128-191-188=655

BFDT 169-152-168=489

Lesson learned...get out and practice
