Boot Hill Tournaments

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OCTOBER 20th and 21st Entry Fee $250
THIS TOURNAMENT IS LIMITED TO 32 BOWLERS FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED Mini Regional format Saturday October 20th 11AM 32 bowlers bowl 5 games, field will then be cut to top 16. About half an hour later those 16 bowlers will bowl 5 more games with pins being carried over. Field will then be cut to top 8. Those 8 bowlers will be the cashers and return Sunday at 11 AM to bowl 8 games of round robin match play. The pins from previous 10 games will be carried over. Bowlers will receive 30 bonus pins for each win and 15 pins each for a tie. The prize fund will be as follows:

1st $2500
2nd $1250
3rd $750
4th $600
5th $550
6th $500
7th $450
8th $400

If you are coming to the Midwest to bowl the USBC Masters, it may be worth it for you to come a day early for this Tournament. Stardust is only about 90 miles away from Bolero.

If this Tournament is well received we will run more of these thruout the area, with expanded fields and bigger prize funds If we ever get a sponsor to step up and help out this could turn into something real good for the bowler..

Our last regular Boot Hill last year we had to turn bowlers away so get there early.


ALL OF THE ABOVE TOURNAMENTS ARE OPEN TO ALL BOWLERS EXCEPT BOWLERS WHO WERE EXEMPT DURING THE 06-07 SEASON, BOWLERS WHO ARE EXEMPT FOR 07-08, OR BOWLERS WHO HAVE WON A NATIONAL TITLE AFTER 1987. SENIOR TITLES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ABOVE RULES.

There will be also a Vegas Boot Hill Feb. 4-7th featuring 3 sweepers for $8,000,$9,000,$10,000 and the Main Event for $20,000 ALL GUARANTEED.

I also think the Vegas Boot Hill has bulked upo the middle of the prize fund with alot of $1,000 cashers which is great for the bowler.

I can tell you this. If we fill the 3 game sweeper 27th place will be $1,000
