Summer Eliminator

1st week of June for those that have later starting summer leagues.

10 weeks due some have their summer leagues starting earlier and would run out of weeks.

Everyone interested please post. Deadline to post your participation is Sunday May 25th.

After the number of entrants is determined I'll decide how many are elimnated each week to get us finished in 10 weeks.

Same format as the last one. Winners bracket and Stone Head Cheetos bracket.

I'm in. . For at least 2 weeks that is. Expect mild ribbing and name contortions all in the name of fun.

You can count me in, but with the late start, I'm only going to have 8 weeks left of summer league once we begin.

I'll have to use about eight weeks of summer and a couple of weeks of the winter league.  Our leagues are only 22 weeks long so I have to use a little bit of both.

So far with just 9 people in we can get away with eliminating the two lowest scores week 1 to the Cheeto's bracket, then eliminate 1 a week out.

Ok so Cranker is in twice perfect.
jus remember to differentiate between you/the two of you like maybe
Cranker the Cranker and
Cranker the Tweener
or do I need some quadratic equation like average of your scores every week ?

I believe recapping the BOTBC challenge where DeSantis used boolean equations to average his scores for the week has driven me to this.

Strikinmachine - All are welcome to try to become our 3rd King/Queen of the hill.

Meanwhile in the Special I've Entered My Name Twice Bracket we now have
John Figueroa and Cranker2K.

Ok this just in. I've decided to add another formay within the eliminator.

The concept is you start the 1st week using your highest ending league average from last winter.

I rank the bowlers from 1 down to what ever last is.

Say we have 16 bowlers. I'm setting this up like an NCAA tournament bracket.

1 bowls number 16...2 bowls 15...3 bowls 14 etc.

Head to head single elimination.

If its an odd number of bowlers then I'll create byes for week 1 to make it work out.

Just something extra to keep more interested.

With a ton of OT in my near future, I may have to drop my Tuesday league, so I'll use my Thursday scores throughout.  Not my favorite house.  Big transitions and lots of carrydown.  Averaged 12 less than the other house during the winter.

205-242-191 = 638
