Just trying to improve (video) post M. Baker session
« on: June 08, 2015, 11:12:47 PM »
I saw Mark Baker last month and worked on his system when I returned home. The few things he told me to work on is the timing spot. Here, the arm is parallel to the floor as the slide foot is flat and in front of your head. And to keep my hips level.

The video has some pre and post clips:  http://youtu.be/CN42r8uC-yM

I'm still working on it when I can. And with tourney's coming up this summer in Reno and NorCal area, hopefully I can get this down.

Feel free to comment.....

I have late timing similar to CB.

thanks sir...I'm trying, and looking at all the past footage I have of my approach over the last ten years....it's been a very very slow process and seen many coaches.....the important part is that i feel comfortable every step of the way. Not too much going on with a classic "traditional" style. But many things can go wrong in my case lol....
