My latest video from the Kegel Training Center
« on: January 29, 2008, 01:26:36 PM »
I ripped some video from my latest trip to Kegel. If shows all my faults in all the gory details. I even have some good footage of Ozio ! Just thought I would share.

The first clip shows what has to be the worst follow-thru EVER ! How do I ever hit my mark !?! Now I see why I spray two balls a game. You have to turn up the volume on your speakers to hear the audio.

Next clip shows my bad habit of chasing the ball at release. Maybe I just don't want to let go of the ball or something. Down below David Ozio shows the correct way. Have to keep the back angle the same.

Last clip shows some of the corrections. Still have some of the old habits. Guess it will just takes some time to groove in the new changes.

I also have a great front view of Barnes in slow motion. If any body wants me to post it let me know.
Let me know what everybody thinks.

Hey newbie,

Take a second look at the web page. Its quoting a price for 1 instructor vs 2 instructors. If you have a large group you get more then one instructor. All instructors there are top notch.

Thanks Scott...I am very tempted to try it..I was looking for the CATS system in vegas, but no one has it there...Hmmmmm..wish I found out about this much earlier.
the price seem reasonable considering your are actually getting a lot for the price with CATS...

May I know is the price for bowling balls at their proshop reasonable?

From what I saw of the prices. I would say they are higher then my home pro shop. But Randy has drilled a ton of equipment for the pro's. So what is that worth to you ?
