Those shoes are SST8's.

But back to your comments, i pull up way to hard trying to create some power in my very unpowerful game and that is a large part of me standing up. I'm working on more kneebend and have been hitting the gym to get stronger to help that as well. I've got some comments from others and am consciously working to improve all around, any ideas on how to just relax on the upswing and drive through the ball instead of going upwards?

Your follow through looks good, but just from the few shots I did get to see, it looks like the overall arm swing is some what forced.  You don't really seem to be letting the ball do much of the work on your backswing, which could be causing you lifting up because your arm isn't a free and loose as it could be.  That being said, what do I know? lol

i feel that your timing is a touch late. i feel that you hold the ball far to long before letting it drop , thus in turn not allowing for a more natural free slowing swing wich in turn causes you to want to jerk up on it or as u say
try starting that push away just a step sooner and see how it feels.

If you have knee pain bowling back to back days or a lot of games you may need to work on keeping your left foot pointed in(right) more on your last step/slide. (common problem for some)

Other then that practice on consistancy and spares and bending your knee as mentioned and you should be fine.

By looking at the side view, I agree, looks like your timing is a bit late.  The ball should be at the top of the swing in the third step.  You are still going up in the third and a bit into the fourth step.  The ball should be coming down on the fourth step and passing by your slide leg as you are coming to a stop.

Just a couple things I've noticed...

1) The late timing the others have mentioned is not that big of a deal in fact I'd say don't worry about it at all. Late timing is almost crucial in today's power game. Late timing allows for more adjustments I feel. Case in point, how many people with absolutely no late timing do you see at a high level?? Also, how many with absolutely no late timing are able to play from the twig to 6th arrow?

2) As Spider Ball Bowler first mentioned, your swing is quite forced. Everyone is saying how you jerk up on it at the release point but I feel that it starts at the pushaway. What I'd personally like to see you do is that at your pushaway point, just drop the ball into the swing. Remember that gravity is your friend and that if you let it do all the work for you, there is really no need for you to use your muscles to "guide" the ball in your swing. When less muscles are used throughout the swing, generally less are needed at the release point to help the ball get off your hand.

3) If you pause the vid at :40 or :58, you can see how far your ball gets behind you. As my coach tells me, for a good swing, your arm, hand, and ball must all remain within a 4 inch window to either side of your shoulder's pivot point and it should never get behind or to the other side of your head and/or spine. When your swing gets behind you, that can cause all kinds of inconsistancies in speed, tilt, rev rate and not to mention the most important... direction! When you get your swing behind you, more muscles are need to help get the ball back on track in order to project it towards the target and as said before, mo' muscles mo' problems.
    To fix this, try make sure that your pushaway goes straight out in front of you. In order to make this feel natural, do the extreme for a couple shots or games and push the ball as far to the left as you can and make the ball get as far to the right at the top of your back swing as you can (side note: if you videotape this, you will see that the ball doesn't as feel as far away from your body as what it feels like and may infact make the swing dead straight). Try about 10 shots like this and then throw one where you just relax and do what feels natural after all that.

Thats fine, i didn't mean to snap back, just felt it obvious to see that those were SST8's but its fine. Part of the reason and i'm definitely working on it is that I don't get enough knee bend and I don't always slide into my target, and this combined with not a whole lot of knee bend has me in a situation where I just can't slide much and then bust out the felt heel. The negative to getting slide from it is i'm not getting low and I do that twitch at the foul line because as you noted i'm actually not all that balanced at the foul line.

Thanks for all the input guys, I don't have coaching around here so getting some advice online really helps on attacking areas of need more efficiently.

BrunsWolf was spot on.  I took a lot out of what he said and I think everyone could benefit from his advice.  Late timing is absolutely critical, and I''ve found it''s the best way to control ball speed and have consistency with targeting.  He also hit the only major comment I would have had which is that your armswing comes behind your back a little too far.  As for the comments about the shoes, Drrev is right about not moving your foot at the line, and different slide/heel combinations might help, however I think it''s probably got more to do with your armswing since your release is a left to right motion which is causing your body to move slightly off balance at the line.  I''ve worked on quite a lot of these same issues myself and it''s been fairly easy to adjust my game with these recommendations.

magicmike, i think your timing is not too late to be a problem. Its that your not relaxing your hand at your ankle to roll the ball. read this:
