325-350 in my opinion.  Rev Rates are sometimes tricky because speed seems to play some part in it as well.

Looking at it again, I'd actually say it's pretty close to 325.  I'm just estimating of course, but I kinda eye it based on what I know about other people's rev rates.

Medium.  Anything 300+ is great in my opinion.  But what's even more important is matching your speed, revs, and rotation to the conditions.  I have a rev rate of around 275 but I'm not speed dominant so I don't have a problem hooking the ball.  My margin of error is not as great as someone who has 300+ revs.  That's your advantage.

Same for me. Even though I do not have tons of revs, it matches well with my slower speed and I get very good ball reactions and pin action - anything I'd ask for.
Only "problem" for me is length when the lane dries up, I sometimes wish for more speed, but I try to compensate through hand position changes and equipment.

Trying to figure out a rev rate off of one shot is difficult.
Also with no markings(a piece of tape) it's even more difficult.

It is hard to tell for certain because it's hard to really follow the ball's rotation in that video.  (No highly-contrasting spot on the ball like tape or something to follow, poor lighting, etc.)  However, I would estimate that it's actually fairly similar to my rev rate (although the ball speed is lower than mine), and I've calculated my rev rate to be around 250rpm based on these formulas.

Hey Mr. 716, since you are a rev rate expert all of a sudden, lets see a video of you and your supposed "450" rev rate.  I am willing to bet you're not even close to that.  Prove me wrong figjammer!!!

When you are throwing a Lane 1 it makes 275 seem like 450. I thought you would have learned that by now.
