Whats a good video editor

Trying to use the windows thing and just can't figure out what the heck to do and getting aggravated with it. Whats some easy products to use and get a video edited?

Windows Movie maker is about as easy as they come, here are some tutorials that should help you with your issues.

I use Vegas Pro 8.0 which isn't exactly cheap ($585) so I didn't suggest it.
