300 with rattler
« on: March 21, 2009, 02:20:02 PM »
i shot a 300 game tonite in my saturday night mixed league with my rattler. i started the nite with a decent 222.....no breaks, solid 7, solid 8, and a fast 8....also a big 4 in the 9th frame. game two was the 300 game. all 12 shots were high flush....the last three split the 8-9. game three was a 220.....greek church in the 9th, several ringing 10's. i was playing a small hook....standing 24, 12 at the arrows out to about 8-9. thanks for another great piece of equipment brunswick !

Congrats on the 300. I am asking my driller to hold onto one of those for me until summer time.

Great job, Greg!

I flirted with one last Monday night with my Rattler (299). This ball hits!!!

Great set Greg!!! My teammate has a Swarm that he got to replace his old Rampage. I've told him to consider the Rattler for the oilier shots.I think he'll match up good with that ball..Again congrats on your 300!!!

at this current time i would rate the rattler a better ball for a house shot than the swarm. the rattler and the ultra zone are about neck and neck but in time things could change.....

Greg,

The only time I'd prefer the Swarm over the Rattler is when I need something more predictable. My Swarm starts reading earlier and is a little more mellow on the back end.

Last week in the 5th and 6th games on our pair the Swarm saved me. I had a hard time controlling the Rattler the last 10 feet of lane but the Swarm hooked nicely, without going crazy. Other than that situation, I'd probably try the Rattler before the Swarm.

Nice job Greg. Now go drill that Wild Ride you're sitting on. You'll love both.
