The one feature we had with the weight hole balls, that Brunswick devised, were that Ray Edwards, head of R & D, was able to create slugs that had washers inside the slug to re-create a similar density to the bowling ball. So when you took out or replaced, it was close to the original bowling ball. He tested the bowling ball before and after to check it, so whe removing the weight holes for demoes, it was pretty awesome using that tool to explain reaction differences with weight holes.
Yes, Mo's chart shows the technical side with the numbers...it helps when placing the weight hole to have a better chance of creating the desired reaction.
