Enmotion coverstock observation
« on: June 15, 2008, 03:57:34 PM »
I recently started throwing the Ultra Zone and I am amazed at how it that the Enmotion coverstock doesn't soak up loads of oil.  I diligently clean all my equipment after practice & league play and I occasionally use the hot water soak method to extract oil every so often.  When I do this with my other Brunswick balls (Fury, Fury Pearl & Radical Inferno) I find that they all soak up much more oil than the Ultra Zone.  I'd like to know if any of you other Big B users have noticed the same on the UZ or the Twisted Fury.

I only have 3 games on my Ultra Zone, but my oberservation is the cover is very durable.

Prior to buying the Ultra Zone, I was able to use a "try before you buy" ball at my pro-shop.  That Ultra had hundreds of games on it and the cover still looked like new and the ball reaction was very good (so good, I bought one!)

I love the enmotion I have a twisted with plenty of games and no signs of slowing down or to much wear and tear. This is one of my favorite covers now along with activator. They are very durable and versatile.
