BrunsNick vid used on ebay???

Just browsing ebay and saw this scorchin' inferno auction, and I'm just wondering if this is BrunsNick himself featured in the video? The seller says it's a "friend of mine throwing his inferno"....

item number was removed by me so as to eliminate the "free endorsement" factor... if he had asked and received permission, no problem...

I kinda' figured that the video had been "borrowed", but after it is up on YouTube does the original owner still have the exclusive rights of ownership? This could be a potentially tricky situation to those that post videos online in ANY forum..... just curious, and wanted to give Nick a "heads-up" in case this was his video.....

I'm not really one to talk though, seeing as though I use music in my videos.

Not sure on the policy from YouTube, however, you can't post copywrited material without permission. Fair use is in effect, but when someone uses my video to sell something of theirs, then fair use is questionable.

I'm not really bugged about it, just the fact that the seller said "This is my friend throwing this ball" kind of irks me!

nick, the use of music is fine as long as you dont try to sell the video... you just cant make money using the song without giving credit/money to the band.
