Strike king is discontinued. The NEW Rhinos are taking its place

I picked up one for $40 from Buddies a few days ago.  Just got back from throwing it the first time.  Hopefully it looks better on a sport shot (or possible a fresh house shot), but it's much stronger than I expected (just like every other "weak" modern ball that I've bought).  I was hoping this would take the place of two light oils balls that I don't care for.  Both my Wicked Siege (lots of games on it, but keep it refreshed often) and Yeti got down lane easier (and had more hook down lane which I expected).  With the Strike King I was left of 4th arrow.  Any further right and as soon as it hit the dry it took an immediate left turn.  We'll see how it looks Sunday on the Nationals pattern...

That's why I was surprised/disappointed.  I already have several "light oil" balls and most of them force you too far left, but then don't have the goods to come back with enough authority.  I really wanted something I could play straighter closer to the friction.

Yes, the Strike King is polished like you'd expect OOB.  The Wicked Siege was extracted 2-3 weeks ago and hasn't seen a lot of action since.  I've never done anything to the Yeti.  I just had the (new) pro shop re-do the thumb.  I didn't throw it much since I got it (50 games max) because it seemed very condition specific (I've only bowled sport shots the last 3-4 years), but part of that may have been that I was never very happy with the thumb - I'd throw it OK during a practice session, but never really trusted it when league would start.  I'll throw both Sunday on a fresh Nationals pattern - hopefully that will clear things up.
