Paid him thru paypal in the end of Jan. but he claimed that he lives in MA and the weather was bad for him to go out due to a bizzard.  Last PM from him on Feb 8th and he told me that he will ship on the following day.

Have not received anything as of today and I have asked him a few times to provide a tracking number but have not heard a word from him.

Will update upon receipt of the shipment.

Volks, when was the last time you talk/PM to him?

I paid Paypal on the 18th of Jan. He messaged me on the 21st saying he had an issue with his shipper. Then on the 25th I got the snowed in, in MA story. On the 5th he told me he was a jobless college student who had no money at the moment. Last contact was on the 8th were he told the ball would be shipped out the following day. I have received no ball and no tracking number.

What did you guys purchase from him? I am supposed to be getting a Cherry Bomb.

Yup I paid him on the 18th of January...just about a month ago. Do you know if there is a time limit of which a file must be claimed through Paypal. I hope he comes through on this but something just tells me....

I paid him on Jan 20th for a brand new Storm StrongArm wrist support.

Just verified at paypal.com that we have 45 days to file a complaint.  But I might be forced to file before then.

ExtremeBowler21,

It makes no difference if you have 45 days to ship or not, it is unreasonable to expect buyers to wait that long UNLESS you explained this delay in shipment to them prior to receiving payment..

Everyone here is pretty understanding on shipping delays as long as they are told this in advance. Good communication is a must on any deal..

I hope you are truthful and have taken care of this by sending the buyers the tracking numbers..

I just put up a new topic about this loser.  Please read.  He made a deal with a friend of mine, he agreed to trade and hasn't come up his end of the bargain.

Money isn't an issue when you have people sending you $$ to pay for the F'ing shipping.  Lies, lies, and more lies.

I need to make a trip to the east coast.  I can meet up with the kid that screwed me a few years back and this punk extreme.

My opinion is, after all this you think anybody here will deal with you again.  You might as well leave this site.

I know I would not deal with him and his excuses.. My hats off to him for going to college and such but with an attitude like he has shown with his statements in this post, his selling days here are over..

Extreme - people will be understanding and cut you slack if you accept a little criticism and not lash back out. Sorry, I'm older and have learned but the key, as stated, is communication

I bought a ball from him and received it in an accceptable amount of time.  However, it was not in acceptable condition.  I was told it had been sanded to "test oil patterns."  The ball arrived and it appeared as if the surface had been scuffed by hand with 80 grit sand paper (as the grooves were deep and obviously swirled, which doesn't happen on a spinner).  It was claimed that the "pro" did the sanding...  which in my opinion is highly doubtful...  so I did receive a ball.. although it was garbage.
