ASB- Joe...disappointed, will not do business with again

On 11-10 I worked out a deal with a bolt298 on here where he would buy a ball from Joe, Joe would drill and ship it to me, and I would ship bolt298 a ball.  We both talked to Joe about this to get everything straight, and he said fine.  I asked Joe to contact me when he received payment from bolt298 so we could discuss a layout.  This was Friday.

Bolt298 told me he sent payment via paypal to Joe, and that he received a confirmation email that Joe received payment.  I haven't heard anything from Joe at all.  I sent him a PM last night to find out what was going on, and he hasn't read it yet.  I know he's on this site, because he has posted this afternoon.  I also know that he's leaving tomorrow, so now I'll have to wait another week MINIMUM before I can even think about getting my ball.  I told bolt298 that I was not going to wait to ship him his ball on Joe's account...I just want confirmation that Joe was paid.  I know he's a busy guy, but he's in business to provide timely service, and this is not my definition of it.  I hate to have to post this, but it seems it's the only way to get his attention.

Joe's been really sick the last couple days but it is working through it.  I know first hand because I could barely hear him on the phone because his voice was going...

Just wanted to update everyone here.  Bolt298 got the ball I promised him.  I still have not gotten my No Mercy from Joe, and I won't until the 27th.  

I had talked to Joe thru PM and on the phone last week about this, and he told me my ball would go out first thing Monday when he got back into town.  It shouldn't have come to that, but whatever.  I PM'd him yesterday asking if my ball went out.  No reply.  I sent him an IM last night and asked him if my ball went out...he said he was working on it  He called me this morning with a tracking number...because of the holiday I will not get it until the 27th.  That's 2 and a half weeks turnaround on a very simple order.  Plug ball, drill ball, ship ball.  

This is the 2nd time that this has happened.  I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time, and I was very happy with the product when I eventually received it.  I will not tolerate being lied to.  Me being a customer of his is obviously not important to him.  Never again.

I tried to order a couple bags of inserts from him a few months back, and he could not seem to find the time to answer my messages either........

It just goes to show you that he either doesn't want or doesn't need our business.  Must be nice.  I just read a post where a guy placed an order with Joe on Monday.  Ball shipped same day and he got it Wednesday.  He can ship same day, but comes up with excuses on why it takes him 11 days to ship my order.  Don't waste your time with this guy.  He doesn't care if you shop with him or not.

Keep in mind everyone, that Joe probably has a 99 percent positive feedback and these scenarios can happen.  Read the feedback section before you make any judgements about allstarbowling from this post.  Things happen.  Even though Raven doesn't make any mistakes, we all know the rest of us do.

Problem is that it's happened TWICE with me now.  I did not post about the first time, but ask Laybzz if you don't believe me.  I'm not perfect by any means, but I haven't had anyone complain about dealing with me in the many years I have done transactions on this site.  Like I said, I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time.  This is the first time I've had anything negative to say about a transaction on here, let alone twice with the same user.

just an update on my side I have had the ball Raven sent me for quite some time now as it came a week ago to my house and it was in perfect condition as he stated and the picture showed....I wouldnt hesistate to do business with Raven again and Im very sorry for the inconveniences and problems that he is having with allstar...I have had flawless transactions in the past with Joe and I will refrain from commenting because its none of my business.....I just wanted to let everyone know my side of the situation....sorry for the hijacking Raven.....I hope everything works out for the best.
