Beware of chucksta29 **UPDATED**

I knew better than to trade with this little . I've done multiple deals here before (but never with a 15 year old) and have never been burned, until now. I traded 2 balls for his Lane 1 carbide bomb, well he got mine just as I promised and all i've gotten is excuces. I will keep on him and i'm even going to call his parents!

Get this. He says he will return the balls I sent him but not only did I pay the shipping to get the balls to him, he expects me to send him some money to pay for the shipping to return them to me. i don't own a didgital camera or a scanner so i can't get pictures up

I'm sorry if I offend anyone, but I'm just going to say this. I think we shouldn't just blame Chuck since anything can happen during the shipping process. I'm not siding anyone, but, I just think that we shouldn't be blaming Chuck alone.

Do not even mention who is to blame or not. But....He is handling it like a 15 year old. If you can not handle it like a "professional" then not trade/sell and make yourself look like an idiot and a putz. It does not matter to me if the balls are sh_t or not, but there was a deal made and he should work something out and get this crap settled one way or the other.

hey cucksta check this out . Why go thru all the c@%p and just send the lane one. Is one older ball really worth getting your name and rep trashed on this forum? I dont think so. Maybe u should consider doing the right thing and staying up on your end of the bargain regardless of what the other balls condition.

I would agree. Chuck has sold his integrity for a used, plugged, Carbide bomb. What he doesn't seem to realize is that no one on this board will ever do business with him. What's worse is he IS a LIAR!! When I shipped the balls they were in good condition, he recieved them and I never heard andthing out of him for a couple of weeks. Then all of a sudden the ball were ruined....What a load of CRAP!

Well maybe were on the right track to getting this worked out. This is the message I just recieved from him:

im not trying to be an a** but your not helping either, i have the bomb and a rhino and the rhino i had split and i can't use it, so i stopped using the bomb cause you wanted it and have been using another ball, i can't help but feel like im getting screwed, not that im saying your to blame, but when they arrived they were ruined, so now if i give you the bomb you get something to use but i have nothing and isn't the the intention of a trade so that both people get something they can use,i guess im fine with giving you the bomb but im being f**ked not on your part obviously fedex did something and im sure you didn't pay for the insurance on the balls so i can't file a complaint. the bomb is yours i'll get you the tracking number when i ship it which will be friday or monday hopefully, sorry that this got drug out like so bad, and the only reason i held out was because i wasn't going to have anything to use, i had no intentions of ever intentionally screwing you out of your balls. i have made remarks and stuff but you refering it to being because of my age is bull s**t cause your were doing the same thing as along with everyone in the forum that you started. i also changed my signature

Chucksta is the same guy that haggled me down for days on an 18 dollar ball shipping included all the way to the price of $14 because he felt the $18 was too much....That shows what kind of person you're dealing with here.

i wasn't here when the balls got here and somebody in my family signed cause they don't care as long as someone signs, so i didn't find out for a couple of weeks cause i was at my fathers house

Fedex does insure $100.00 but let me tell you its very hard to collect. I shipped a ball to Cooksey and it got damaged. They want the reciept from when you purchaced it and proof what the ball was worth. It took a month of constant trouble before I finally got a check. In this case I don't have any documantation at all to prove the value of the balls.
