eolson78 - reconciled
« on: December 10, 2005, 02:24:16 PM »
This is a new seller on here and has posted a few rare balls on here recently (i,e., Turbo X, Hammers, Helix). I wanted to buy the Helix and he agreed that I could send half up front, and send the rest upon receipt. I sent out the MO a few days ago, and not far, so it should've arrived by now. I wrote to ask, and no reply for 2 days. Now this is his first deal and it hasn't been too long, but still, being a new seller, he needs to maintain communication on here and if you were thinking of buying from him, you may wanna hold off for now.

Yeah, so he said he shipped the ball parcel post, so no proof of shipment, and if something happens, no insurance, so this deal is all wrong. I just hope i see the ball, because i do have the info I need if I don't.

UPDATE_______________________
He wrote me today and let me know it was his brother using his SN on here. He refunded my $40 and did it very, very quickly through Western Union. Was very courteous and will not hold this against him.

wasn't he trying to sell one of the Turbo's that he is bidding on? that makes me worry even more.

Well you have to admit...It's odd for someone to sell 2 of a certain kind of bowling ball and then try to get one on ebay...

well, at least it's nice to have finally heard from you after 4 days of nothing. and maybe being so hostile towards the veteran members isn't the best way to maintain business. you need to learn how business is done here and be a little more courteous.

you can buy whatever you want, you can "do your own thing", but when buyers ask questions or want information NAMELY ME and i do not get answers, replies or anything at all, YOU PISS ME OFF ALONG WITH ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLE TOO.

people work hard for their money to buy equipment and when u dont reply to people, you give everyone (sellers) on ballreviews a bad name.

if you havent sent the balls yet, send the money back.

yeah, this sucks. so far, i have no ball and no way to tell if it's on it's way. i will never deal with someone who ships parcel post again, unless i really trust them, but the people i trust wouldn't do that anyway. has anybody else received their stuff from this guy yet?

Thanks harry, another day and still no news on my ball. I know some other people made deals on here and would like it if they let me know how their deals are going right now. I haven't heard from anyone in awhile.

If its parcel post this time of year, its going to take even longer. Sorry for the bad news.. Why someone would use parcel post to ship anything is amazing to me.. No way tracking a package is not good..

Keep us posted..

bigearv14--Not going to get involved in this deal but PLEASE remember our earlier deal a while back when you couldn't afford to pay to ship the ball to me on our trade.  I waited a number of days before I got it and you're communication was good but you didn't hold up on your end of the bargain either.  People in glass houses.....if you get my drift.
