ok everyone im trying to get everyones money to them, but my account got like a freeze on it becauses there is a dispute so it wont let me add funds so what i want everyone who paid me with paypal to do is open a dispute i will excellerate it so everyone gets there money back quicker this is the best i can do, i will never deal on this site or any other bowling site again either but i just want everyone to know that i have or had no intentions of ripping anyone off. but please just do that and you will get your money back and if you want to wait till i return for your ball thats fine too. and i do not have any hard feelings twords anyone on here i would do the same that everyone else did. people who paid with money orders the very few that did i will send you a return money order for the amount you paid me plus ill add postage that you paid. sorry again everyone. but there is only so much one can do when they arent around. again thanks for everyones time.

ok as i read this, im sad, Adam is a great guy, people cant understand that people have to work, he is trying to get everything done that he can, people calm down, now you get nothing but your money back instead of the great deal he offered everyone on this site. Sorry had to rant cuz Adam is a good guy

Dispute filed....I hold no grudge. I've had positive transactions with him in the past and would continue to do business with him. It has just been 3 weeks and I'll use the refund to buy something else.

Still no response from hawkeye4life through the PayPal dispute resolution system... Yet he has time to come on here and try to defend himself?? Interesting...

If my refund isn't processed by Tomorrow night at 12 pm eastern time, I will escalate the dispute to a Paypal Fraud Claim and contact the Internet Fraud division as well as Adam's local authorities.

My thought is that Adam was hard-up for cash, knew he had some coming but needed a loan, so he took us all for a short-term ride by pretending to sell equipment that he didn't have. Now he's scrambling to get us all refunds, but my guess is that he will fall short. There MUST be a consequence for such behavior and I feel that he should be banned from using ballreviews.com.

There is NO EXCUSE FOR THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR.

Then why did he commit to the deal? Why did he promise to ship out last week? Why is he avoiding my emails and PM's? Why has he not responded to the PayPal disputes?

Other people have been waiting longer than me... Some for over a MONTH now. I'm sorry, but he's up to something...

Also, his original sale post said that he was having a hard time financially, hence the reason he was letting all the NIB equipment go at such a great price. Why are you lying for him?

75 shipped for a doom was too cheap, i stayed out of this but i have friends at cal bowling supply. There was no way he could ship the balls for that price since they are paying around 70 for the ball in the first place.

I almost fell for this but knew it was BS from the get go.

im not lying for anybosy but he is a good guy, he got the balls from a local pro shop that went out of business, so he got them cheap and was selling them cheap. and i dont know why he is avoiding PM's and emails, but i do know that when your on a business trip your usually busy alot.
