so after all this talk from peelin on it  that things are getting fuxed my arent ive been promised my stuff is on the way i ordered 6 balls and only gotten 2 of them the tracking numbers i get have no detailed  delivery times or anything.  i call him and he keeps assuring me that my stuff is on the way.  right now im out 500.00 for a sky bolt 2 code reds and a clear pin red pulse  and im sitting here with nothing.  DO you guys think i should report him to paypal or try and get his home address and call the local authorties and try to get my money back?

well he promised  thathe shipped everything outbut i have yet to recieve anything he sent me a tracking number but he only bought the label on the 21st of october  but it hasnt went anywhere yet   so im going to filing a claim with paypal and local authorites to get my money back anyone that can help would be great

Do you have a name??? I bought a ball off of ebay from a person supposedly out of Spencerport, NJ I noticed that he also had some 16lb Purple Sumo's listed and peelin on it had 16lb Purple Sumo's listed on here. Hard to believe that there is 2 people from NJ selling Purple Sumo's. Oh yeah by the way I paid for my ball on Oct 13th and have yet to receive it. PM me with the name you have and I will do the same back. Thank you for your time

well i talked to him last night and he promised he would send my money back through paypal   but no money yet  so i would not advise any deals untill he does get positive feedback becuase i know he has a lot of other people out on a limb too   another jeff smith among others

 Actually, Spencerport is in NY, not New Jersey ... it's up around Rochester, I believe.

well no money yet and i gave him every chance to refund my money im going to call the rochester police in the morning an see what i can get any infor would be great home address home telephone number full name  bowling center he bowls ot or the name of his pro shop   that wouldbe great

Reminds me of a friendly guy named Jeff Smith.

I told him so when he had messaged me in the past.

I responded I did not know for certain but until he had resolved problems to the point of completion combined with the tone on buying/selling on this website I was not convinced he WAS one of the good guys or that he wasn't taking advantage of apparently somewhat buying public(I include myself in this list).

I think jeff smith=peelin on it=another use still on here everyday watching our every move, he then moves in for the kill and backs off again. I told this guy to ship me the balls first and he wanted cod which i cannot see in the boxes until paid for. I do know my ups guy very well though in fact i get him deals on stuff so i should have take the clown up on his offer.

You can claim you are from anywhere when you ship ups or fedex do you really think the people at the counter care what the shiiping address says???  They are time clock punchers just like paypal employees are which is why i cant sell jack crap on here anymore. I used to be able to sell stuff on here within 2-3 days now i am lucky to sell anything but the price to sell on here is still right free!!!

I agree 100% with your statement. I could care less how big of house you own or how many pro shops you own or any of that.. If you accepted the money for the balls, you should deliver the balls in a timely manner, PERIOD!!

If you do have some hard ships that arrise, the common courtesy is to let the person know whats going on via a quick message..

It also really adult to threaten physical harm to someone thru an online forum.. The attitude of this seller is absolutely pathetic and I am sure his days as a seller here are over..
