Columbia sent us this ball for Willie Willis to throw. Willie laid it out with the pin above his ring finger and the cg stacked on his grip line.

On our house shot, with the outsides being dry and more oil in the middle, Willie was able to play third arrow swing this ball out to 5 and get the ball back without a problem. The ball has awesome hitting power, whatever angle you play on the lane.

We didn't make any surface adjustments because this ball cleared the heads out of the box on everything but dry lane conditions, which is not what this ball is made for.

I think this was the best overall Throttle in the line. This is a strong reactive coverstock, with the Throttle core. The Full Throttle gives you a smooth overall arcing motion to the pocket.

So far everyone is loving the full throttle and its good to hear such positive feedback. But i guess ill have to be the first to hate this ball. i say it carried some light hits and right out the gate i really liked it. Untill it died on me after only maybe 20-25 games which shouldnt happen. Any ways i figured it could be the way it was set up. so i had my driller plug and re-drill the strongest legal drilling and i still did not like it. I must say that coloumbia has never disapointed me until this ball. But i still love 300's equipment and will still continue to buy their products just not the f.t o well i guess you cant like every ball you buy.

I'll keep it simple. Ball speed is about 14-15mph. Medium Revs and Medium Axis Rotation. Lane condition Medium-Heavy. 1st time i threw this ball (out of the box condition), there was a long oil pattern layed out and i took 8 strikes. Ball stayed strong until the carry down started to come into play. I just put it in the bag.
Highly reccommend this ball!

Lefty
11:00 Label Drill
Legal Statics No big deal
Surface 800 Dull

League Night Carry down lazy backend reaction, I have a fit everytime I bowl here.  Drilled up this ball, another Columbia Clone.

This ball is actually pretty aggressive on oil and carrydown which was astonishing given Columbia's reputation for skating like Chilly Willy when on oil.

The Full Throttle (FT) does not permit a great deal of projectile freedom but it provides a great reaction when other balls fart out of its holes.

I like this ball, I still have a blank, I hope it keeps on going like its Superflex Clone buddy and not its Particle mutant death spawn

Hey...

This ball is new to me... I just recently bought it, had it punched about a week ago, and haven't really had a chance to throw it.  these are my specs though.

I have the ball set with a 2 1/2" pin with about 3 oz. of top weight (its 15lbs), and Box Finish. Pin just between and above my fingers and CG kicked to the right of my span about 1/4-1/2 in. It has a 1/4 in. balance whole.

I'm a righty, about 5'6" 145 lbs.. I have a fairly small hand, but I use it alot, I crank the ball med./high revs but like to keep the hook as small as I can to eliminate the possibility of error. My starting position with my shoulder width is a 12 board difference ( stand on 12 to hit 5, 17 to hit 10, etc. )

When I get a chance to roll this ball, I will come back with an update and let everyone know what I think and how it reacted to the lanes (synthetic, reg. house shot).

--------------- Update ---------------

Man , i threw this ball tonight just playin around.. Its the first time I've really got to use it.  The sweet spot was standing on 26 and shooting 15.  The ball would go out to about 4 and snap back like a ton of bricks.  I couldnt believe the carry it had.  First game outa the bag i shot 241 and then a 264.  In the 264 game I had the last 10..  I started off the next game with a strike, and on my 12th ball i left the 7-10 .  Anyway, they started the lazer bowl crap, and I dont care much for that, so i put it up and left, but MAN! I love this ball..  I am very pleased with its reaction, and it is now my favorite ball in the bag.  I recommend it for someone who wants alot of backend.

15 lb ball with 2.75 top weight i believe with 3 in pin drilled stacked.  good ball hits good sometimes hangs outside and doesnt finish but can be controlled with speed adjustment.  Very good ball overall and would recommend it to anybody

i like my full throttle but it over reacts somtimes and comes in at weird angles leaving some really nazty splits. but on a heavy oil pattern it dominates. U can swing this ball like u wouldnt believe. It is by far the most hooking ball i have ever owned and my arsenal conisists of xxxtreme xxx factor v2 strong/R xcel particle

i would not recomend this ball for someone trying to play outside lines unless u get it polished it will over or /under react.

               i rate it a 7/10

I have a Full Throttle also . . . The ball would move just fine if I had a few more revs . . . I'm a low rev player though, so it does exactly as I expect.

I have had this ball for a about 6 months or more, i cant remember but i have loved every minute i have had this ball.  I bought it used off a guy i found was selling it in my local papershop for 30 bucks.  boy was it worth every penny.  The reaction this ball has on the back end is outstanding.  as the previous guy stated the colors of the ball match the ball perfect(BLACK and BLUE) the color the pins will be after this ball hits the pocket LoL.  this ball hits with the power of a Mack truck hitting a brick wall; nothing is left standing.  definately a must buy ball for any one who wants a powerful ball that loves to crush pins.
