3 Ball
« on: February 05, 2008, 10:04:16 AM »
If you had to pick a 3-ball arsenal from current clumbia balls, what would you go with? I was looking at Resurgence, Momentum, Rival (I have higher speed and medium  revs). Should all these be drilled strong? Thanks for all your inputs! WS

It really all depends on if you're looking for like a tournament arsenal or just league.  If you're bowling tournaments then yes I would look for something weaker, but if it is only for leagues, I probably would not bother.  Bowling leagues is when you can learn to adjust to different break downs.

I'm looking for mostly league use, i dont want to spend lots of money for4 to 5 balls, i was wondering if i could do it in 3 plus a spare. My concern i guess would be if the resurgence/momentum/rival would be too close to each other and i'd be lacking in dry or burnt out conditions. So possibly sub a wrath high flush for the momentum? Also, i tend to shy from pearls because i throw fairly fast (17mph)and have medium rev so i need some action.

momentum drilled strong...rival drilled pin up to go long and for dry wrath dead flush...you could go resurgance instead of momentum but the rivals a very versatile ball and the dead flush is perfect for dry burnt lanes.
