Is this a good heavy oil(40-50 ft of oil) ball for a stroker?

Stronger than many reactives but,
Most prefer stronger particle balls for heavy or long oil today.

I think there are many good ones.  My favorite is the AMF Evolution Tour.

Discontinued.  I have one for sale.  (Still have another).  Another real good one is th e EZ Money.  Others like the Swamp Monster, Fuze Detonator, Icon 300,
Nuline Deadly Virus, Super Carbide, Super Colussus, tons of them!

channel surfer, being a stroker you do have less boards to cover, but you also lack revs. For heavy oil a strong reactive my work, but a particle is more likely to work.

There are several options to consider. The Swamp Monster is a great ball for heavy oil and it does not hit the wallet too hard. The Icon300 is another choice, but it costs much more. Another option to consider is the Vortex 2 Particle.

actually i have a lot of revs.... The only reason i play down and in is bcuz im more comfortable and more consistent going down and in, then as I am out and in. I can throw the big hook, but my consistency goes to crap. Thats why I play down and in.

even if you can roll the big hook, i would suggest a particle ball.  you can always have it drilled to be a little tamer.  you also don't have to get the biggest hooking ball in the world.  i suggest the Track Mutant.  it should be a good ball for you because it isn't the biggest hooking ball in the world but it still hooks well in oil.  if you use a tamer drilling on it then it will probably be a great ball for you.
Just my 2 cents worth
