I have both of them.  My Crunch is drilled 5x4 and my Hyde is drilled 4x5.  With these drillings, the Hyde is a touch sooner and a little aggressive on the backend.  The Crunch is very smooth for me.  It has no weight hole and has a low grade polish on it.  The Hyde has a mid grade polish to it as well.  Overall, the balls are pretty close as far as overall roll and reaction.  BUT.......I have had more success with the Crunch.  It is more predictable for a longer period of time than the Hyde is.  That is my take on that.  If you have any other questions, let me know.

Twohands might have forgotten that your bowling styles may differ, which does have alot do with everything.  The balls are relatively similar, but they have their differences too.  The Crunch has a more hi-tech weight block as well as a more aggressive reactive base for its cover, so its going to have more hook potential when drilled the same as the Hyde.  Basically, the Crunch would be like a Hyde on a small amount of steroids. :0
