ICON 300!! HELP!!
« on: March 03, 2004, 05:40:04 PM »
I've got an Icon 300 and it's is killer!! best hitting ball I've ever used, but for some reason it's not carrying the 10 pin as much as it used too. Would polishing it help the carry? It's pretty dull, due to not putting it in the polish machine. I wipe it off, but been letting the games build up on it to dull it, cause I need all the help I can get to make it hook (lack of hand!)thanks if anyone can help.

Try standing 3-4 inches farther back
on the approach. This should help getting
the ball  a little higher up into the head
pin, causing the 6 pin to slide into the 10,
rather than wrap around it,or hang in
the gutter.
The more I practice,the luckier I get.

hey it might not be you....my buddy has a icon 300 for maybe 3 months...and then the ball died...just so full of oil...it just sucks..try to either sun bake it...or just get a better ball...I reccomend the columbian wicked...hard slamming ball and dulls only to make it hook more instead of die..
