RICO RIVAL?

I don't remember seeing anyone talk about having one drilled this way. Just wanting to know some impressions of what you think if you do.

Given that you're a Brunswick rep, I would hope not. But it's a ball you'd probably like....

I don't think Brunsnick can be considered a Rico Rival, they both represent the same company

This is kind of like the situation when you're with a bunch of buddies and you see a girl that you know has been around the block a few times and say...

"Dude I wouldn't hit that with your junk!"

I have mine drilled Rico. I wanted something to give me a good read off of the break point on Sports Patterns. For that, It works great. I have liked it both at Regionals and in PBA experience league on the shorter patterns. It has enough cover to take on a decent amount of oil and the rico smooths out the reaction when the way to play the lanes more square up and keep it in play. Once you break them down, though, you will need to switch to something with more pop on the back when you get deep. Either a Rival with a higher pin, or something like the Momentum would complement it nice. (I actually go to my Blue/White Wicked). I am very happy with all of the new Columbia's that I have drilled all with the pin down (With the Rival the only one I Rico'd). Good Luck.

Ok, WTF

Someone asks a legitamite question and you get 10, well make it 11 including mine, posts of schlock, some even from Brunswick people. Doesn't Brunswick have it's own forum?!? Why are you trolling around in the Columbia forum?

And people complain about the stuff in the Misc topics, these are just as bad...

Great little dancer. That guy she was with? I'm sure he's a close personal friend, but tell me, what was he doing with her panties on his head?
Uh-oh, Rexie, I don't think this one's got the distance."

Thanks for an actual respone. Although I've since traded the Rival in on a Momentum. I'm not sure on what I want to do with it. I now have the Momentum, Twisted Fury, and Sure fire all sitting in my bedroom without holes in any of them...
