2nd drill, pin above ring, MB about 2 inches from thumb.  Has x-hole.  Cover is in excellent shape but some of the labels are partially gone due to a resurface after I had it plugged.  It has grips, slug, and a vent hole for the thumb. $35 plus actual shipping.
