I have yet to see a seperate box for the sent items that a person sends. Yes I notice that you have your messages quoted in a PM from someone else but why not have a seperate box for Sent Messages?

Click on the "My Message" link on the left.  Your Sent Messages will appear below your received messages, just like before.

 

You must check the box that says "Save in Sent Box" when sending a message for them to appear there.
