I can't find 2000 or higher sandpaper.  Anyone know where I can find any?

2000 is the highest I've ever found.  Our local Pep Boys has it in the auto body supply aisle.

Goto www.onlineindustrialsupply.com  They have up to 2500 grit. You have to buy in sheets of 50 but at a good price.

Our local Wal-Mart has 1500 and 2000. I talked to the manager of the tLE and he said he could order up to 4000..not sure if I'd ever need that high, but you might try at a Wal Mart. It's cheaper than out Pep Boys or Auto Zone, in town.

andrew get 4000 abralon pads they last longer and water passes through them, abralon is the best thing to happen for sanding bowling balls. They fit right on cabs and crosshatch ball the same way everytime you cannot mess up with them. I now use 2000 and 4000 to shine up stuff without the skidiness of polish, on the backends they grab and go no hesitation.
