extender polish
« on: October 01, 2008, 12:13:25 AM »
Looking for a good extender polish. Have used Track's "delayed Reaction". That stuff really makes the ball shine but don't notice much of a difference in reaction. For a normal polish I use Brunswicks "Factory Finish". Will be used on my Scout/r and Mojave and possibly a solid levRG.

Delayed Reaction is the best to make the ball go longer and reduce the backend, in my opinion. DId you follow the directions? Was it a relatively fresh bottle.

If Delayed Reaction didn't give you some results, it's not likely that anything else will satisfy you.

Delayed Reaction is not just a polish. It's a polish with a definite purpose.

If you want to try a straight polish:
Try these:
Valentino's Snake Oil
Lane#1's Secret Sauce
Lanemasters Factory Finish polsih
Lanemaster Extende Length polish
Storm's Xtra Shine
Ebonite Powerhouse Extender Polish

All are excellent

My house has never been heavier than medium at best and I used a light coat of Extender on a pix-axis Sling Blade (when I used to really load the wrist and crank). It was a great help getting the ball through the heads and evening the reaction. Bowled a 300 that year with it. I recommend it, but use it sparingly as needed too much will make it slide like glass.
