Ultimate Sand-It

Has anyone ever used stuff called Ultimate Sand-It. I was thinking of ordering some. I've already got some 400 and 800 grit scotch-brite pads. Would I be wasting my money? Also, will it remove polish and restore to 400 grit without creating sanding lines?

Used it and so did a couple of my friends, we found it to me on the messy side,  I guess that there is really sand in it.  Scotch brite pads work the best.
