1000 abralon + Brunswick High Gloss polish or 2000 abralon no polish

The second. Makes the ball read the lane earlier, for a more arcing reaction, and "shows" less differnce between wet/dry lane zones.
The polished surface will, by tendency, skid in the oily front part of the lane, show a sharper breakpoint and delay the hooking action, therefore creating more back end reaction.

+1. Polish stores energy, makes the ball hook all at once. Matte finish grabs the lane through the entire shot, might hook the same ammount of boards, but not as noticable because its not all at once at the end of the lane.
